The most visited national park in America by a wide margin, Great Smoky Mountains National Park is the pride of the Southeast. Rolling hills go on for miles in all directions and hide cascades and wildlife for the adventurous to find. With over 900 miles of hiking trails including a portion of the Appalachian Trail, you could spend a lifetime exploring this park and never run out of new things to see.
